Part one – Content. Without a shadow of a doubt in my mind, the most important thing you need to really nail down to produce not just good content, but amazing content is you need to truly understand your audience.
It is an impossibility for me to stand up here today and say, you can know too much about your audience. You can never know too much about your audience. Okay? You want to know them so well, that you know them better than they know themselves. I’m not exaggerating.
Now, this sounds like I’m just paying some sort of lip service to market research here. I’m not. You cannot know your market too well. And the better you know your market, the stronger your content is going to be. The better you know your market, the stronger your sales conversion is going to be, as well.
