00:37 – Create a feeling with your brand
01:09 – Find your perfect customer
Transcription:
James here and we’re just about to go inside the Ferrari museum which is one of the world’s most iconic brands so come with me we’ll have a look.
What we’re dealing with here is a very passionate brand.
Remember to build up your branding, keep your logos consistent. Make sure that when people think of your brand, they think of something that you want them to associate with that brand. Just like Ferrari do it.
Take advantage of the hungry crowd.
We’ve done the tour and bough the T-shirt, now there’s no shortage of people offering us to test drive a Ferrari outside. They’re not part of the official Ferrari, they’re just taking advantage of the hungry crowd who are all excited about the passion and who’d pay to go for a drive around in the Ferraris.
Good business lesson, find out where your perfect customer is and make them an offer they can’t refuse.

Hey James, you didn’t touch on the fact that Fiat are selling a very overpriced car that catches fire or breaks down more than a Hyundai would. The passion part means that they get away with it!
