James thank you for the opportunity to listen to your course. I found it very inspirational. Just today, after listening to your Part 1 I’ve managed to have some fun with my kids, structure plan for tomorrow’s work (hopefully I can stick to it). I’ve also cleaned up the entire wardrobes and sorted things for donation, for friends auction/ fundraiser and the bin! It feels amazing. Looking forward to the next part. Thank you again.
James Schramko says
That is a great day indeed!

I just went through and did some purging on my email list. Feels good to have so little in my inbox! Next up, consistently getting 7 hours of sleep a night.
Thanks for the great info James! Can’t wait for the next video.

G;day James and Team.
I’m reading Work Less on Audible and loving this training. My first move last night was to clear Gmail and use the Unsubscribe technique to avoid overwhelm again tomorrow. Then I came to the website. Now it’s 8.00 am and I’ve done my Miracle Morning and watched this video.
My Priority action now is begin with Effective Hourly Rate ($0 p.h.)and build that by doing the next most important thing – Write today’s article about ‘Action in Alcoholism Recovery’.
love alwaz

Jennifer Lancaster says
I found out my EHR is less than my billable rate, not even including learning, tools, email marketing, etc. That was a surprise that so much is still going out without charge.
Joe Bonington says
My first thing is to declutter and purge – starting with the gazzillion bloody newsletters I filter through everyday. Absolutely loving the training btw… got your book on audible and ordering a hard copy to work through.
James Schramko says
Thank you so much Joe! The actions at the end of the chapters will help

Jam-packed video! My one immediate application is related to “purge.” I have done a lot of this in the past, but am going to add the metric of “does this give me joy?” Specifically I will apply it to my wardrobe. The timing is excellent- I am about to move to a new location.
james thomson says
I am going to develop a morning routine
Frank says
Nice video. As I tend to be a lateral thinker I’ll prioritize to focus on ONE achievement per week and set myself a clear deadline.
Jennifer Dovey says
I’m going to go to bed earlier as tend to push myself but then become less productive. You made so many useful points. Sometimes it is good to be reminded of best practices. Like listening to a wise preacher
! Good on you James :-)
Matthew Brown says
Set up a help desk. I think that is a great idea. I already have my main info email going through my VA, but it is becoming increasingly challenging to keep track of communications regarding specific client requests and what needs to be dealt with still. Set one up with Freshdesk and have begun using it with clients already.
Tyson Popplestone says
Creating more effective routine, sustainable routine and clarify priorities.
davidandrewwiebe says
I’m currently reviewing all the course material, creating detailed action steps out of it, applying it to my life and business, and documenting everything as I go. The main thing I’m working on right now is a routine. I’ve been experimenting with focused, six-hour workdays instead of long, drawn out workdays that leave me blunt as a plastic spoon.
Charles Harper says
I am very happy to have ‘met’ you.
Listening to you is like having conversation with a big brother.
You are not lecturing me.
Just sharing AWESOME advice.
I am going to purge my email ASAP.
And my closet next
Peter Bartosch says
