Background
Before this, I spent a decade at Mercedes-Benz, finishing as General Manager of a Sydney dealership network. I learned systems, leverage, and how to run operations without being the bottleneck.
Since 2005, I’ve worked exclusively with online business owners. I’ve built and sold multiple seven-figure businesses. I co-founded VisionFind. I wrote Work Less, Make More.
I surf most days. I work 10–15 hours a week. My business runs without me in it constantly.

I registered my first domain name.

After hours, I taught myself how to build a website and started selling website-building software as an affiliate.

2007
I was still the General Manager of a large Sydney Mercedes-Benz dealership during the day. By night I began to sell the XSP cheat sheet to help other website owners rank well with SEO and make more sales. I hired my first support person and an article writer.

I quit my full-time job to run my own online business instead. I created a digital agency helping businesses handle their online marketing. I also generated income as an affiliate and with my own information products. I generated more than $1m per year from this point.

I added a high-level coaching group called SilverCircle and started providing SEO and website services on a larger scale. We grew to a team of 65 within 6 months. It didn’t take long for a student to reach $1M revenue. My own business revenue exceeded $2M in revenue with a high profit margin.

I ran my first retreat in Hawaii with Ezra Firestone and learnt to surf.

SFB Live event of 2020 was an historic event, we added SuperFastResults.com as a natural starting point for business owners who are starting out online.
SilverCircle became exclusively focused on Partnerships and SuperfastBusiness had a record year. 89 episodes were published on the SuperFastBusiness Podcast.

More than ever, SuperFastBusiness members are getting results as new small POD style coaching started and the members are very switched on and I’m helping more people work less and make more, by example.

We switched brands from SuperFastBusiness to JamesSchramko.com and re-designed our business to be simpler and more effective for clients. The podcast hit new chart topping heights, downloads tripled and members love the new membership.

The JamesSchramko membership sees exciting growth of the group Mentor level program. The weekly group calls (started in 2010) in combination with the private sounding board feature have been generating outstanding results for members.
