James Schramko here with a tip on how to create a whole bunch of content. So if you’re starved for ideas on how to create content for your audience, here’s a tip that I’ve been using for myself, and I’ve shared with some of my customers, and it works really well for them.
The chances are, you’ve prepared some kind of keynote at some point, whether it’s to speak live or to present a training for your audience. If you’ve done that, then you have already got the basis for some fantastic content creation. What I do is open up my keynote, and then I’ll make one training video, like the one you’re watching today, from each slide. That’s the tip.
If you have 70 slides, you can probably make 70 small videos. If you’re publishing those once a day, five days a week, then you have weeks and weeks’ worth of content, and you can probably create that in just a few hours. So it’s a small input of your time and energy, but it’s leveraged. By the time thousands of people have watched the training, then you’re reaching your prospects and you’re serving them and giving them something valuable.
So there’s my tip for today: use a keynote presentation that you’ve already used before as the prompt for the kind of content that you would be able to put out there for your prospects to help them get to know a little bit more about you and how you might be able to help them.
