James Schramko here, and I’m heading to get some lunch. It’s a Thursday in Australia. I’ve already done a few calls this morning and had a surf, and we’re just going for a walk. Lucy and I spend a lot of time together these days, which is great.
But something I want to recommend you try is a three-day workweek. Try a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and just see if you can still get the same amount done because what I found is I actually get more done. And having those four days off every week to recharge and re-boost, and work on things I want to is great.
It doesn’t mean I don’t do any work on those four days. It just means I don’t have scheduled calls, which is a big difference. So schedule calls Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Try it.
