And I’m not big on bling or flex, and tattoos and all that stuff. I’m just a straight up, rock solid business builder. I’m a family guy, I like to surf. So I’ve been building up these businesses, surfing, following my core principles.

Here are 6 core principles to have a better life and business:
Own the race course.There are certainly elements you can’t control that you should surrender to. But what you can control, you should. You should control key elements of your business.
Rather than leave things to chance, we improve our chances.
No compromise.Instead of doing things purely for the money or the quick win, we play a longer game with integrity.
Multiple pillars.Spread your risk out. Avoid stressing about your one income stream’s stopping. Develop various streams of traffic, income and products.
Continual R&D.Research and development is the key. All the best companies do this. Stay ahead by always testing, improving, refining. Without getting distracted by the latest shiny objects.
Let other people do that and then bring you the stuff when it’s ready. I find out about these things through my clients as well.
Good for humans.Only work on projects that improve people’s lives. Have integrity.
