James: James Schramko here, and I’m with my friend John Lint from 10XPRO. Hey, John.
John: Hello everybody. Hi, James, how are you?
James: Good, thanks! John, we’re always keeping an eye on the market. And we have lots of discussions you and I back and forth about what’s going on. And there’s one thing that just keeps coming up over and over again. And it’s probably the most important thing to have, if you’re going to have an online business. I’ve talked about this in my trainings. And this is an offer that converts and I’ll just explain what that means.
It means you can go to the market, tell them you have something and then they want to buy it and they give you money. If you want to break that down, what causes that? It comes down to one word, and that is copywriting. You have to have the ability to sell and what we’ve seen time and time again over the last 10, 12 years since I’ve been following online is the people who are able to sell are the ones making the sales you know, amazing right? Despite the quality of the product. Even in some cases, the product is not the greatest, but they’re able to sell it better. And I’ve repeatedly seen people come along into my space, my marketing area, my little corner of the world. And sometimes they are able to sell even better than I am an inferior product, but they will capture the market share and I always learn from that.
So, in 2019, I upgraded my sales copy. I got help. I asked my friend Kevin Rogers from CopyChief.com, who is good at sales copy? He’s got an entire community full of them, hundreds of them. And he teaches freelancers and copywriters how to be better at their sales copy. And he gave me someone who actually helped me boost the copy. Now, in your case with your platform 10XPRO. If someone’s using that, then you’ve already got some pre-done funnels, which are like one-click installs that have templates that people can literally just fill-in and be up and running quickly. Can you just talk about that?
John: Yeah, absolutely. So we have the ability to create any kind of page in 10XPRO.io. And we can deploy entire campaigns and when we talk about campaigns, it’s a series of pages that you need to do something: maybe a webinar campaign, maybe a launch or whatever. And they usually have a series of pages: sales page, order page, thank you page, value page, whatever, right?
So, campaign has pages and the pages can be based on templates so that’s one of the things that we have is that whenever you want to create a page, you can select from pre-built templates. So, pages that we design, and it’s not stuff that we make up or that we ask some person that doesn’t know anything about marketing, Hey, create a nice-looking template – which is what some other people do – but what we do is that the templates that we have are templates that other marketers that have sold for six figures, seven figures online are using or have been using for a while. They’re proven to convert, proven to work. So what we can do, we work with different guys, we’d love for Kevin Rogers to work with me. Kevin, give me a call.
And you know, we create awesome templates that all our members can use. And it’s basically very simple, right? You have everything there. So you’re gonna have a headline, depending on the page, right? Headline, video, maybe benefits, the call to action, the risk reversal, all of that stuff. So you have the entire page built. You just select your template, use your mouse, change things around. And then you have a beautiful type of sales page that is going to hopefully work for you and help you with your offer that converts. So yeah, you know, tons of templates, very easy to do.
James: And here’s the thing that you and I’ve discussed recently, it can be as simple as one page with a decent video sales letter. VSL is what they call it or one webinar. You don’t need a lot of fancy pants stuff. In fact, my funnel for SilverCircle is one page with an opt-in with just an email that has one message in the autoresponder. This is a little bonus thing: I know members of SuperFastBusiness have been implementing some of the campaigns that I teach in there, whether it’s the “sell your membership on autopilot”, the “win back campaign”, the “win back change campaign” that I’ve deployed. I’ve had people doing that over and over again and selling to old clients like straight out of the gate.
You can use nine-word emails like Dean Jackson teaches to bring people in. So you don’t need a lot of copy, you just need the right copy. But more importantly, if you don’t have your offer that converts then that is step one. Focus your energy on that. Get your template up, get it up and running. When you’ve got money to reinvest, then you can certainly beef up your copy, go and get a top-flight copywriter. But for now, I think John, I’m going to share with you some of the campaigns that we’ve been using in SuperFastBusiness and see if we can build them in 10XPRO as well.
