James Schramko here. So I just went to the shops and there’s something missing from many shops that they need to have. I purchased something after I found an assistant (which took forever). And then on my way out of the shop, the buzzer was beeping because my assistant didn’t deactivate whatever security device was in the item that I purchased. So I felt a little bit uncomfortable about that and then I had to go and track down the assistant again to have it fixed.
So my tip today is: whatever product or service you have, make sure you have a great level of service. It’s such a basic requirement that so many big companies miss.
