James has been running his podcast and membership business for over 12 years. How he kept it running and thriving for such a long time, he shares in this quick tip.
When you consider that we’re talking about from 2009 to 2021, that’s 12 years. Twelve years, I’ve had this core membership. I’ve had this podcast and that membership for 12 years. That is consistent. I’ll give myself that.
But also, yes, I’ve had to innovate. I’ve had to change so many things, you would not recognize the first version of this. It was on a different platform. It had different members, it had different structure, it had different routines. So we have to evolve and adapt.
And I remember when I came online, I had to make a promise to myself that I will continue to innovate and adapt, or else I could be back to having a job. And that’s just definitely not an option and it will never be an option, thankfully.
